المنتجات والأسعار
توضح صفحة كل منتج حجم العبوة والسعر وحالة التوفر. الأسعار بالجنيه المصري، وتظهر رسوم الشحن وإجمالي المبلغ المستحق عند إتمام الشراء قبل تقديم الطلب. تُباع الأحجام المختلفة في صفحات مستقلة؛ يرجى مراجعة الحجم والكمية المختارين. صور المنتجات للتعريف بها؛ وتبقى تعليمات العبوة وبياناتها المرجع عند الاستخدام، دون الانتقاص من حقك في استلام المنتج المطابق لطلبك.
الطلب والدفع والتوصيل
يرجى إدخال عنوان صحيح ورقم هاتف يمكن التواصل من خلاله. يتوفر الدفع عند الاستلام للطلبات داخل مصر بحسب الخيارات المعروضة عند إتمام الشراء. رسوم الشحن العادي الحالية 70 جنيهًا، والمدة التقديرية من يوم إلى يومي عمل وفق تفاصيل الطلب وسياسة الشحن. المدة تقديرية وقد تتأثر بالعطلات أو ظروف شركة الشحن؛ سنتواصل معك عند وجود مشكلة في توفر المنتج أو التوصيل للاتفاق على الخطوة التالية. للاستفسار عن تعديل الطلب أو إلغائه، تواصل معنا في أقرب وقت؛ لا يحد ذلك من حقوقك القانونية.
استخدام المنتجات
اتبع تعليمات الاستخدام والاحتياطات على العبوة. تُختار وتُطبق منتجات الفرد والتنعيم الاحترافية بمساعدة مصفف شعر مؤهل. تختلف النتائج بحسب حالة الشعر وطريقة التطبيق؛ لا تحل معلومات المتجر محل تعليمات الشركة المصنعة.
الإرجاع والاسترداد والخصوصية
توضح سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد المواعيد وشروط قبول المرتجعات ومسؤولية الشحن وطرق رد المبالغ، بما في ذلك الدفع عند الاستلام. وتوضح سياسة الشحن تفاصيل التوصيل، وسياسة الخصوصية كيفية التعامل مع المعلومات الشخصية.

Store information and contact
Cosmo-bel is an online hair-care store operated in Egypt by Poseidon. For product questions, orders and salon enquiries, contact kalcosmobil@gmail.com or +20 105 500 5517. Our dispatch and returns address is Poseidon, 15 Kamal Hassan Ali Street, Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt. Please contact us before sending a return so we can identify your order and receive the parcel.
Products and prices
Each product page identifies its pack size, price and availability. Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Delivery charges and the total payable appear at checkout before you place an order. Different sizes are sold on separate pages; check your selected size and quantity. Product photographs identify the product; follow the actual packaging information and directions when using it. This does not affect your right to receive the product matching your order.
Orders, payment and delivery
Provide an accurate address and a reachable telephone number. Cash on delivery is available for Egypt orders according to the options displayed at checkout. Current standard shipping costs EGP 70, with estimated delivery in 1–2 business days according to your order details and our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays or courier conditions. If availability or delivery issues arise, we will contact you to agree the next step. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; this does not limit your statutory rights.
Product use
Follow all packaging directions and precautions. Professional straightening and smoothing products should be selected and applied with a qualified hairdresser. Results vary with hair condition and application. Store information does not replace the manufacturer's instructions.
Returns, refunds and privacy
