Store information and contact

Cosmo-bel is an online hair-care store operated in Egypt by Poseidon. For product questions, orders and salon enquiries, contact kalcosmobil@gmail.com or +20 105 500 5517. Our dispatch and returns address is Poseidon, 15 Kamal Hassan Ali Street, Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt. Please contact us before sending a return so we can identify your order and receive the parcel.

Products and prices

Each product page identifies its pack size, price and availability. Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Delivery charges and the total payable appear at checkout before you place an order. Different sizes are sold on separate pages; check your selected size and quantity. Product photographs identify the product; follow the actual packaging information and directions when using it. This does not affect your right to receive the product matching your order.

Orders, payment and delivery

Provide an accurate address and a reachable telephone number. Cash on delivery is available for Egypt orders according to the options displayed at checkout. Current standard shipping costs EGP 70, with estimated delivery in 1–2 business days according to your order details and our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays or courier conditions. If availability or delivery issues arise, we will contact you to agree the next step. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation; this does not limit your statutory rights.

Product use

Follow all packaging directions and precautions. Professional straightening and smoothing products should be selected and applied with a qualified hairdresser. Results vary with hair condition and application. Store information does not replace the manufacturer's instructions.
